DELIVERY TRACKER & DRIVER APP is a logistics solution built to optimise the last mile of delivery. It connects directly to the restaurant's central management system, keeping the kitchen and the drivers perfectly in sync.

A smart allocation algorithm automatically distributes deliveries to the drivers' accounts in the most efficient way. Drivers get a dedicated interface with every detail of the order and built-in GPS navigation, with real-time route optimisation to the customer's address. For a better customer experience, the app sends an automatic email as soon as the order is on its way.

The restaurant's management has the full order history and a detailed audit for each driver, to measure performance precisely and optimise the fleet. The solution is running successfully at the Casa Chianti restaurant in Roman.
