Accessibility statement
We want everyone to be able to use our website, including people who browse with a keyboard only, use a screen reader or need larger text.
Last updated: October 2026
01.The standard we follow
We follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines, WCAG 2.2 level AA.
We consider the site partially conformant: it meets most of the requirements, and the exceptions we know of are described below.
02.What we have done
- A clear structure: headings in order, marked regions (header, navigation, main content, footer) and the language of each page declared correctly, in Romanian and English.
- Full keyboard navigation, with a visible focus and a “Skip to content” link at the start of every page.
- Enough contrast between text and background, checked automatically on every page.
- Alternative text for images that carry information; purely decorative elements are hidden from screen readers.
- The contact form has a label for every field, and the confirmation and any errors are announced.
- We respect the “Reduce motion” setting of your operating system: animations stop and the 3D logo is replaced by a still image.
- Text can be enlarged in the browser, and sizes are relative, so they also follow the font size chosen in your browser settings.
- The content of every page comes straight in the HTML, so it can be read before any JavaScript loads.
03.The accessibility menu
The round button in the bottom-left corner opens a menu of adjustments: text size, high contrast, highlighted links, a more readable font, no animations, a large cursor and a reading guide. Your choices are kept in your browser only and are not sent anywhere.
The menu is an extra help. The site is designed to work without it, with the assistive technology you already use.
04.Known limitations
- Portfolio images are screenshots of the apps. A screen reader cannot read the text inside them, but every project has a full description on its page.
- The 3D logo on the home page is decorative and carries no information.
- The websites and demo apps we link to from the portfolio are separate products and may have a different level of accessibility.
- We have not yet tested the site with every screen reader. If something does not work for you, please tell us.
05.Feedback and contact
If part of the site does not work for you, write to us at matei@digitalhubmedia.ro or call +40 768 373 684. We will send you the information you need in an accessible format and fix the problem as soon as we can.
06.Accessibility in our projects
We apply the same principles to the websites and apps we build for clients, including online stores that must meet the accessibility requirements of Romanian Law no. 232/2022 (the European Accessibility Act), which apply from 28 June 2025.
