MyTown.ro is a smart city platform that digitalises how citizens, city halls and homeowners' associations interact. It makes it easy to report problems, pay local taxes online and communicate openly, cutting out red tape. Already live in Piatra Neamț, it connects the community with the local administration.

Our role: maintenance and support

We look after the platform's technical maintenance: we monitor how it runs, apply updates, take backups and step in quickly when something goes wrong, so the services for citizens keep working without interruption.
